Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to Pyramid Solitaire: Card Puzzle (Android package name: com.yosmtr.pyramidsolitaire), referred to as "the Game" or "we". We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Game.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Locally Stored Game Data

The Game stores your game progress (level unlock status, best scores, win streaks, per-level statistics, and settings) solely on your device using Unity's PlayerPrefs and the AndroidX DataStore mechanism. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.

• Data types: Level unlock progress, best scores (with the time and step count of the best-scoring run), win streaks, combo records, per-level statistics
• Storage location: Device local storage only
• Sharing: Not shared with any third party

1.2 Attribution Data (Adjust SDK)

The Game integrates the Adjust SDK, a third-party attribution and analytics service. Adjust may collect the following information to measure and attribute app installs and in-app events to advertising campaigns:

• Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID)
• IP address
• Device information (device type, operating system version, etc.)
• Install referrer information (how you discovered the Game)
• In-app engagement events

1.3 Country / IP Detection

To provide localized content and redirects, the Game may perform a country detection request based on your IP address. This request is sent to our server in encrypted form and returns your country and, where applicable, a localized destination page. We do not use this to build profiles of individual users.

2. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party services:

• Adjust SDK (adjust.com) — for attribution and campaign measurement. See Adjust's privacy policy at adjust.com.
• Google Play Install Referrer — to read install attribution information provided by the Google Play Store.
• WebView (gree/unity-webview) — an embedded browser component used to display web content, such as this Privacy Policy and localized pages.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To measure and attribute app installs and in-app events to advertising campaigns
• To display localized content or redirects appropriate to your region
• To improve the Game and understand general usage trends

4. Network Usage

The Game can be played offline, and core gameplay requires no network connection. The following network activity occurs when applicable:

• Attribution requests sent to the Adjust SDK
• A country detection request (based on IP) sent to our server
• WebView loading of web content (such as this Privacy Policy or localized pages)

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Your game progress is stored solely on your device and is not accessible to us. Data processed by our country-detection service is transmitted in encrypted form.

Under applicable privacy laws, you may have the following rights:

• Right of Access: Request details about the personal data we process
• Right of Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Right to Opt Out: You may limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier via your device settings
